The Eight Foundation is a charitable trust committed to achieving real change in people’s lives through financial grants to causes relating to health, poverty, and education.

Many of these charities that the foundation support provide vital services to British communities who are in desperate need of donations, but often find it difficult to make their voices heard.

The Charitable Foundation at St. James’s Place has reached the £130million mark for monies raised through fundraising and corporate matching, supporting charities to make transformational change to people’s lives in the world.

We began cultivating a giving culture at SJP early in the days when it was founded in 1992, and so we formed the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation, with a single purpose of helping those in need.

We want to make positive and lasting differences in peoples’ lives by awarding grants to charities.

Founded in 2020, we are a group of colleagues within Eight Wealth Management that are devoted to protecting our planet. We believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that as a business we are doing everything in our power to reduce our carbon footprint and environmental impact.

Our goal is to become a company recognised for sustainable working practices, through the implementation of environmental initiatives and procedures.

Did you know that attitudes toward finances can be formed as early as 7 years of age? It is our mission to reach as many children as possible through our programme to teach the basic principles of planning and help lay important foundations that will carry them through to later life.

We support many businesses to upskill their employees personal financial understanding through our Workplace Programmes. Motivation and the wellbeing of employees is widely recognised as a significant factor in a happy and productive workforce, and so we are often asked to deliver seminars which support businesses wider engagement activities.
